Dispatch Times & Delivery

I always aim to make and despatch your order as quickly as possible. Due to varying workloads and time of year lead times may vary, for instance during busy times such as the lead up to Christmas it may take a little longer than usual to send out.

Certain pieces of jewellery on this site are ready to post, others are made to order or altered per request (such as earring options for different ear wires).

For items that are ready to post / altered per request I aim to send these out within 3 working days, with made to order pieces sometimes requiring a little longer.

Production times will be noted on the respective product page.

On average most pre-made / altered orders are sent out within two days.

Most orders are large letter size and will fit through a standard letterbox.

I send orders via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which aims to deliver in two to three working days from date of dispatch.

If you require a faster service I also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 option, which aims to deliver the next working day from day of dispatch.

Both services includes full online tracking so you can monitor the items progress. SMS or email notifications are optional.

Orders Damaged in Transit

Although extremely rare, occasionally orders may be damaged in the post.

If you receive an order that has been damaged during transit I will happily remake, repair or replace it, or you can ask for a refund.

The item must be returned to me in any case, and if you organise a return I can send you an address to return the item to.

I photograph every order before it is sent and would ask that if you receive a damaged order that you take and send photos of any damage to the packaging and item so I can determine if the piece can be saved before it is returned and if a claim can be raised against the carrier.

Missing Orders

All orders are sent via Royal Mail using a trackable service to reduce orders going missing in the post, but it can still happen.

In that case if I am able to replace the order I will, or I will offer a refund instead.

If I can not replace the order due to lack of materials a refund will be issued once Royal Mail have determined the item is lost and can not be found.

Once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail it is deemed to be fulfilled and complete, however if you still have not received it I can raise this with them to try and locate it.

For items that are shown by Royal Mail to have been delivered but can not be located this could be due to postal theft - in this case I suggest asking close neighbours if they have taken the parcel in and if not then it should be reported to the police as theft and a crime number obtained so it can be investigated accordingly.

Once a crime number has been obtained if I am able to replace the order I will, or I can offer a refund instead.

By purchasing from this site you accept these terms.
